Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout the continental United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS and FEDEX.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after they have shipped.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or U.S. territories.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has already shipped, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and get your pup's treats to you as quickly as we can.
