Food Safety Policy
Because our products are edible pet treats, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened packages. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality for every customer and every pup we serve.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging
Once we review your request, we'll gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.
Unopened Products
If you wish to return an unopened product in its original condition, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending your order back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
